Emma Magee
Board Member
Emma has a background in Biology and Environmental Management and has been working in the environment sector for over 13 years, including corporate sustainability management and environmental impact assessment (EIA) in coastal and estuarine habitats. Emma is the South Devon Catchment Coordinator for the Environment Agency so brings a strong understanding of the responsibilities of different operators to the environment, as well as a keen eye for opportunities for collaboration and working in partnership to deliver projects that benefit our places and our people.
Emma is a keen swimmer, paddle boarder and kayaker, though usually gets so distracted by the species and plants along the river that she rarely gets very far at all.
In joining the DHNA Emma hopes that her environmental background will help the Trust to deliver on its responsibilities and aspirations for the Dart and its wealth of natural beauty, ecosystems and species.
