Operational Update: April 2020 – March 2021 Charges
Dart Harbour will be increasing charges for 2020-2021 from 01 April 20 for the new mooring year.
During the budgeting process in Nov 2019 the Board decided that they would aim to keep increases in line with inflation. They decided to use the government forecast for the Consumer Price Index but, where necessary, make adjustments for the accuracy of previous increases against the inflation experienced.
Consequently, the majority of 2020 charges will increase by 2.0% (CPI forecast 1.7-3.2%).
Visitor harbour dues and visitor mooring charges have not been increased since 2016 and will be increased by around 6%.
Visitor rates remain competitive particularly where the moorings are serviced by the low cost yacht taxi service.
